iCanSit – Shipping Policy

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping within the U.S. on all seat cushions.
  • Accessories (such as covers) also ship free with any cushion order.
  • If purchased separately, accessories may have a small flat shipping fee displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times (U.S.)

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order

  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship within the United States only.
  • International shipping options will be announced in the future.

Shipping Issues & Delays

  • iCanSit® is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • If your package is lost or delayed beyond 14 days, please contact us at Help@icansit.com and we’ll assist you.

Damaged Packages

If your product arrives damaged, notify us immediately at Help@icansit.com. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
