Return Conditions

  • The cushion must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Cushions should be returned in good condition (normal use during the trial period is expected).
  • All returns must be initiated through Help@icansit.com. Please do not send back any product without first contacting us to arrange your return.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at Help@icansit.com with your order number.
  2. We’ll email you a free pre-paid shipping label.
  3. Pack the cushion securely and drop it off at the carrier listed on the label.
  4. Once we receive and process the return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving your return.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at Help@icansit.com. We will replace the product at no cost to you.
